中餐館老板拒絕提供要求的賠償退款,但愿意按舊網(wǎng)頁的舊價格退還差額,理由是該店已經(jīng)更新網(wǎng)頁,并咨詢過律師,強調(diào)舊網(wǎng)頁上載明“價格有可能變更”的備注字樣。
