食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊    據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，今年澳大利亞葡萄獲得豐收，釀酒葡萄價(jià)格也上漲了14%，每噸單價(jià)升至526澳元，達(dá)2009年以來(lái)的最高值。

　　據(jù)報(bào)道，每噸單價(jià)在1500澳元以上的優(yōu)質(zhì)葡萄占到了總需求量的7%。釀酒行業(yè)對(duì)葡萄的需求量上漲了6%，達(dá)到約181萬(wàn)噸。其中優(yōu)質(zhì)希拉葡萄的價(jià)格上漲了14%，優(yōu)質(zhì)赤霞珠葡萄價(jià)格上漲了17%。

　　澳大利亞紅酒行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)Wine Australia表示，許多業(yè)內(nèi)人士評(píng)價(jià)2016年的葡萄行情較好。紅酒協(xié)會(huì)首席執(zhí)行官Andreas Clark稱，澳大利亞高端紅酒在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)頗受歡迎，來(lái)自中國(guó)和美國(guó)市場(chǎng)的需求推高了對(duì)澳大利亞優(yōu)質(zhì)葡萄的需求。
