食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,依據(jù)歐盟(EC)No396/2005第12款規(guī)定,8月29日歐盟食品安全局審查了氨磺樂(lè)靈(oryzalin)的最大殘留限量。
為評(píng)估氨磺樂(lè)靈在植物、加工食品、輪作農(nóng)作物以及牲畜中的殘留限量,歐盟食品安全局審查了歐盟91/414/EEC指令中的結(jié)論,以及成員國(guó)通報(bào)的歐盟授權(quán)許可。
歐盟食品安全局經(jīng)過(guò)審查認(rèn)為,盡管尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)氨磺樂(lè)靈對(duì)于消費(fèi)者有明顯的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),監(jiān)管框架中的部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)信息仍然缺失,因此部分最大殘留限量提議仍有待考慮。

According to Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has reviewed the Maximum Residue Levels (MRLs) currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance oryzalin. In order to assess the occurrence of oryzalin residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC as well as the European authorisations reported by Member States (incl. the supporting residues data)。
Based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out. Although no apparent risk to consumers was identified, some information required by the regulatory framework was found to be missing.
