食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟官方公報消息，2020年12月4日，歐盟委員會發(fā)布法規(guī)（EU）2020/1993號條例，根據(jù)歐洲議會和理事會法規(guī)（EC） No 2015/2283，批準(zhǔn)含硒酵母（解脂耶氏酵母）生物質(zhì)（selenium-containing yeast biomass ）作為新型食品投放市場，并修訂歐盟委員會實(shí)施條例（EU）2017/2470附件涉及新型食品使用要求。
本條例自發(fā)布之日起第二十天生效。含硒酵母（解脂耶氏酵母）生物質(zhì)作為新型食品使用的部分限量要求見下表：

食品標(biāo)簽上的新食品名稱應(yīng)為“含硒酵母（解脂耶氏酵母）生物質(zhì)”。
The labelling of food supplements containing selenium-containing yeast (Yarrowia lipolytica) biomass shall bear a statement that the food supplements should not be consumed by infants and children under 4 years of age/children under 7 years of age/children under 11 years of age/children and adolescents under 18 years of age .
