食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報(bào)道,一項(xiàng)最新研究發(fā)現(xiàn),包括白面包、米飯等高碳水化合物可能會(huì)增加肺癌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。這些食物的血糖生成指數(shù)(GI)較高。
血糖生成指數(shù)(GI)是衡量碳水化合物質(zhì)量的指標(biāo),依據(jù)飯后血糖升高水平來定義。目前理論是高GI飲食會(huì)提高血糖和胰島素濃度,而體內(nèi)稱為類胰島素生長(zhǎng)因子(IGF)的荷爾蒙也隨著升高。
研究人員梅爾科尼恩(Stephanie Melkonian)稱,與每日飲食最低GI的人相較,每日最高GI飲食的人,患肺癌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加49%。
