2014年9月2日，臺(tái)灣地區(qū)“衛(wèi)生福利部”發(fā)布部授食字第1031302493號(hào)公告，制定“輸入食品及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品符合免申請(qǐng)輸入查驗(yàn)之條件與其適用之通關(guān)代碼”，并自2014年9月2日生效。
公告事項(xiàng)如下：
一、前“行政院衛(wèi)生署”2011年9月22日署授食字第1001301760號(hào)公告及2012年1月18日署授食字第1000086180號(hào)公告，將于本公告內(nèi)容生效實(shí)施時(shí)停止適用。
二、輸入規(guī)定F01及F02項(xiàng)下產(chǎn)品，非供販賣，且其金額、數(shù)量符合下列條件者，可免申請(qǐng)輸入查驗(yàn)，并于輸入時(shí)，填報(bào)下揭通關(guān)代碼于進(jìn)口報(bào)單輸入許可證號(hào)碼欄中，并聲明符合食品安全衛(wèi)生管理法第三十條第三項(xiàng)免申請(qǐng)查驗(yàn)的規(guī)定。
（一） 各國(guó)駐臺(tái)灣地區(qū)使領(lǐng)館或享有外交豁免權(quán)的人員，為自用而輸入者，代碼：DH000000000001。
（二） 輸入食品及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品供個(gè)人自用，價(jià)值在一千美元以下，且重量在六公斤以內(nèi)者，代碼：DH000000000002。
（三） 輸入食品及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品符合關(guān)稅法第五十二條原貨復(fù)運(yùn)出口免征關(guān)稅者，代碼：DH000000000003；自進(jìn)口后若變更用途須補(bǔ)繳關(guān)稅時(shí)，應(yīng)補(bǔ)查驗(yàn)放行文件，始得變更用途。
（四） 輸入瓷制餐具或廚具供自用，以報(bào)單單一項(xiàng)次的價(jià)值在一千美元以下，且同規(guī)格數(shù)量未逾四件者，或價(jià)值超過(guò)一千美元且數(shù)量為一件者，代碼：DH000000000005。
（五） 食品添加物及香料不適用本公告通關(guān)代碼DH000000000002。
（六） 牛海綿狀腦病發(fā)生國(guó)家所生產(chǎn)供食用牛只、羊只的屠肉、組織、器官、衍生物或含前揭物品者（如附表一計(jì)90項(xiàng)；附表二計(jì)38項(xiàng)）不適用本公告通關(guān)代碼DH000000000001、DH000000000002、DH000000000003。
