食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 2020年12月17日,據(jù)歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,應(yīng)歐盟委員會(huì)要求,歐盟動(dòng)物飼料添加劑和產(chǎn)品(FEEDAP)研究小組就L-賴(lài)氨酸鹽酸鹽(L‐lysine monohydrochloride)和L-賴(lài)氨酸濃縮液體(concentrated liquid L‐lysine (base))作為所有動(dòng)物飼料添加劑的安全性和有效性發(fā)表科學(xué)意見(jiàn)。
據(jù)條例,這種L-賴(lài)氨酸鹽酸鹽和L-賴(lài)氨酸濃縮液體由谷氨酸棒桿菌KCTC 12307BP發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生。經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)估,專(zhuān)家小組認(rèn)為該添加劑對(duì)所有動(dòng)物物種、消費(fèi)者和環(huán)境是安全的。L-賴(lài)氨酸鹽酸鹽和L-賴(lài)氨酸濃縮液體被認(rèn)為是非反芻動(dòng)物物種必需氨基酸L-賴(lài)氨酸的有效來(lái)源。為了使補(bǔ)充的賴(lài)氨酸對(duì)反芻動(dòng)物和非反芻動(dòng)物同樣有效,需要防止其在瘤胃中降解。部分原文報(bào)道如下:
Following a request from the European Commission, the Panel on Additives and Products or Substances used in Animal Feed (FEEDAP) was asked to deliver a scientific opinion on the safety for the target animals, consumer, user and the environment and on the efficacy of a concentrated liquid l‐lysine (base, minimum 50%) and a l‐lysine monohydrochloride (HCl, minimum 99%) produced by fermentation with a genetically modified strain of Corynebacterium glutamicum (KCTC 12307BP). Both forms of l‐lysine are intended to be used in feed for all animal species and categories. Neither the production strain nor its recombinant DNA were detected in the final products. The additives do not pose any safety concern associated with the genetic modification of the production strain. Concentrated liquid l‐lysine (base) and l‐lysine HCl produced by the strain C. glutamicumKCTC 12307BP do not represent a risk for the target species, for the consumer, for the user and for the environment. l‐Lysine HCl and concentrated liquid l‐lysine (base) are considered to be efficacious sources of the essential amino acid l‐lysine for non‐ruminant animal species. For the supplemental l‐lysine to be as efficacious in ruminants as in non‐ruminant species, it would require protection against degradation in the rumen.
