食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，11月18日歐盟發(fā)布（EU No 1228/2014 號委員會條例，批準(zhǔn)和否決某些食品健康聲稱和涉及降低疾病風(fēng)險的健康聲稱。本法規(guī)自發(fā)布之日起第20天生效。
本次歐盟批準(zhǔn)三項(xiàng)健康聲稱，否決五項(xiàng)健康聲稱。新批準(zhǔn)的健康聲稱涉及鈣、鈣與維生素D、維生素D；否決的健康聲稱涉及大豆分離蛋白、植物固醇、二十碳五烯酸、氨基葡萄糖鹽酸鹽（Glucosamine hydrocloride）、植物固醇同Cholesternorm®mix混合物。
獲批的健康聲稱如下：
