食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  2020年1月30日，歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）就審查特丁津（terbuthylazine）、乙基多殺菌素（Spinetoram） 和喹螨醚（Fenazaquin）的現(xiàn)有最大殘留限量發(fā)布意見。

 

　　歐盟食品安全局審查了特丁津、乙基多殺菌素和喹螨醚的最大殘留限量。在現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)之上，EFSA得出最大殘留限量提案并開展了消費(fèi)者風(fēng)險評估。雖然沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)對消費(fèi)者的明顯風(fēng)險，由于缺少監(jiān)管框架要求的信息，消費(fèi)者風(fēng)險評估僅被認(rèn)為是指示性的，部分?jǐn)M定最大殘留限量需要進(jìn)一步的評估。

　　According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance spinetoram. To assess the occurrence of spinetoram residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Commission Regulation （EU） No 188/2011, the MRLs established by the Codex Alimentarius Commission as well as the European authorisations reported by Member States （including the supporting residues data）。 based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out. Some information required by the regulatory framework was missing and a possible acute risk to consumers was identified. Hence, the consumer risk assessment is considered indicative only, some MRL proposals derived by EFSA still require further consideration by risk managers and measures for reduction of the consumer exposure should also be considered.
