食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  據(jù)澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局消息，2014年1月澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局（FSANZ）發(fā)布《食品監(jiān)管中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析》，描述了FSANZ如何利用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析管理各種食品相關(guān)的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

    This publication describes how FSANZ uses risk analysis to manage a diverse range of food-related health risks. The risk analysis process used by FSANZ is based on the internationally accepted Codex Risk Analysis Framework. The document provides a broad overview of the FSANZ process; it is not intended to provide detailed information on the approach used by FSANZ in assessing particular types of foods e.g. food contaminants or substances added to food.
