2016年3月22日，臺(tái)灣地區(qū)“經(jīng)濟(jì)部國(guó)際貿(mào)易局”發(fā)布貿(mào)服字第1057007727號(hào)公告，修訂“肌醇”等82項(xiàng)貨品的輸出規(guī)定代號(hào)“523”內(nèi)容，列入“海關(guān)協(xié)助查核輸出貨品表”，并自即日實(shí)施。
由于部分食品添加物及藥品，核歸相同貨品分類號(hào)列并列有輸出規(guī)定代號(hào)“523”，出口時(shí)應(yīng)檢附“衛(wèi)生福利部”核發(fā)的藥品許可證復(fù)印件，以致食品添加物核歸該等號(hào)列者，無(wú)法出口。為利食品添加物出口，輸出規(guī)定代號(hào)“523”內(nèi)容修正為：
（一）出口本項(xiàng)下人用藥品，應(yīng)檢附“衛(wèi)生福利部”核發(fā)的藥品許可證復(fù)印件。（屬外貨復(fù)出口者，免附）
