2010年5月19日，新加坡發(fā)布進(jìn)口觀賞性水生動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生證書要求。該衛(wèi)生認(rèn)證要求規(guī)定出口國(guó)主管當(dāng)局必須根據(jù)水生動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生法典及OIE水生動(dòng)物診斷測(cè)試手冊(cè)最新版本的規(guī)定對(duì)的所有出口新加坡觀賞魚(yú)出具疫病證書包括鯉春病毒血癥(Spring viraemia of carp，SVC)、錦鯉皰疹?。↘oi herpesvirus disease，KHV)、流行性潰瘍綜合癥(Epizootic ulcerative syndrome，EUS)、流行性造血器官壞死癥(Epizootic haematopoietic Necrosis，EHN)和白斑病(White spot disease，WSD)等易染病毒。

    此外，對(duì)金魚(yú)(Carassius auratus)也要求出具癤病(Furunculosis, Aeromonas Salmonicida)及金魚(yú)造血器官壞死病(Goldfish haematopoietic necrosis virus，GFHNV)的健康證書。

    該認(rèn)證要求擬于2010年7月15日實(shí)施。
