食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,3月27日歐盟食品安全局就審查甲基毒死蜱(triclopyr)的最大殘留限量發(fā)布意見。
根據(jù)歐盟(EC)No 396/2005的第12章的規(guī)定,歐盟食品安全局審查了甲基毒死蜱(triclopyr)的最大殘留限量。
為了解甲基毒死蜱在植物、加工商品、輪作農(nóng)作物以及牲畜中的最大殘留限量,歐盟食品安全局參考了91/414/EEC號指令當(dāng)中的結(jié)論、食品法典委員會以及成員國的限量規(guī)定。
在現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)之上,EFSA提議最大殘留限量并開展了消費者風(fēng)險評估。經(jīng)過評估,歐盟食品安全局認為,由于缺少部分數(shù)據(jù),而且存在可能的慢性風(fēng)險,消費者風(fēng)險評估僅被認為是指示性的,部分的最大殘留限量提議需要進一步的評估。

According to Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels (MRLs) currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance chlorpyrifos-methyl. To assess the occurrence of chlorpyrifos-methyl residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC, the MRLs established by the Codex Alimentarius Commission as well as the European authorisations reported by Member States (including the supporting residues data)。
