食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  據(jù)歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，12月5日歐盟食品安全局就修訂馬鈴薯中戊菌隆（pencycuron）的最大殘留限量發(fā)布了意見(jiàn)。

    據(jù)了解，拜耳作物公司向英國(guó)提交申請(qǐng)，請(qǐng)求修訂馬鈴薯中戊菌隆（pencycuron）的最大殘留限量，隨后英國(guó)向歐盟提交了評(píng)估報(bào)告。

    經(jīng)過(guò)相關(guān)審查，歐盟食品安全局認(rèn)為英國(guó)提出修訂馬鈴薯中戊菌?。╬encycuron）最大殘留限量的依據(jù)不充分。

    In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, the United Kingdom, hereafter referred to as the evaluating Member State （EMS）， received an application from Bayer CropScience Ltd to modify the existing MRL for the active substance pencycuron in potatoes. In order to accommodate for the intended use of pencycuron the United Kingdom proposed to raise the existing MRL in potatoes from 0.1 mg/kg to 0.2 mg/kg. The United Kingdom drafted an evaluation report in accordance with Article 8 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, which was submitted to the European Commission and forwarded to EFSA on 29 February 2009.

    EFSA bases its assessment on the evaluation report, the Draft Assessment Report （DAR） and the Additional Reports prepared under Council Directive 91/414/EEC, the Commission Review Report on pencycuron and the conclusion on the peer review of the pesticide risk assessment of the active substance pencycuron.

    The toxicological profile of pencycuron was assessed in the framework of the peer review under Directive 91/414/EEC and the data were sufficient to derive an ADI of 0.2 mg/kg bw per day. No ARfD was deemed necessary. The toxicological reference value established for the parent compound is applicable for risk assessment purpose to the metabolite pencycuron-PB-amine, which was included in the residue definition for risk assessment of rotational crops.
