Some chocolate chip cookies distributed by Rakusen's have been found to contain milk protein, which is not mentioned on the label. This means the product could be a health risk for people who are allergic to, or intolerant of, milk or milk constituents. The Agency has issued an Allergy Alert. Customers with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents are advised not to eat this product.

No other Rakusen’s Ltd products are known to be affected.
The company has recalled any remaining product of the affected batch from sale and has issued point-of-sale notices to explain why the product has been recalled. If you have bought the product you can return it to the store where you bought it for a full refund. In addition, the company is contacting the relevant allergy support organisations which will inform their at risk members of the withdrawal.
